Best crowd catch ever in New Zealand

In the ongoing domestic cricket T20 championship in New Zealand we saw the best crowd catch ever in New Zealand. This fan absolutely nailed this one. He came out of nowhere and took the catch just a few inches above the ground.

The best thing about this catch was the slide which the fan hit and then took the catch. It was an absolute blinder from him. The best catch and with that he won 4000$ prize money as well. The commentators were absolutely shocked over this catch.

In this T20 tournament there was a prize given to every crowd catch and it worth 4000$. This fan bagged the money and a lot of praise for his catch. The bowler was Patel here who has played for New Zealand as well at international level.

Patel bowled a short ball and the batsman clubbed it over long on. It was a huge hit and cleared everything and went towards the green belt where the fans used to sit. Now as the ball was coming down this fan came running in with bare feet. He slides himself and while he was doing this he pulled his right hand towards the ball and snapped it. The kiwi commentators went crazy seeing this remarkable effort from this fellow. One thing is certain either this was a great fluke or this fan plays cricket

There are many crowd catches we have seen. Some of them are really good but there are some which are far beyond your cricketing imagination. One of those catches is this one. This guy should have been taken in the game for this one piece of athletics.

He was sitting on the green belt and then the shot was hit towards him. It was a huge six and this guy ran towards the ball and slides his way to take the ball inches over the ground. This one catch stunned the people present in the ground and the commentators as well.

This was an absolute ripper. The bowler Patel who has played for New Zealand national side as well bowled a short ball to the left handed batter. The ball was clubbed from the middle of the bat and it went high in the air.

Now as the hit went from the middle of the bat hence it cleared everything and was landing towards the green strip on which the fans mostly sit and watches the game. This fan was sitting somewhere there. Now as the ball was coming down this fan showed up on cameras.

He ran down the slope, hits his slide and while he was going down he picked the ball with his right hand. It was a one handed blinder for that matter. The fan then stood up and started celebrating the catch. At first it was really hard to judge how he managed this one. But then in the slow motion replays the real story of his catch showed up and it was nothing less than an exceptional effort from this guy.

England cricketer shares experience of Pakistan visit

England cricketer Chris Jordan, who was a key member of Peshawar Zalmi’s winning squad, termed his experience of playing the final of Pakistan Super League in Lahore a “pretty surreal and unreal.” Jordan played his part in a remarkable night in Lahore as Peshawar Zalmi won the second edition of the Pakistan Super League in front of a packed house. In an interview with ecb.co.uk, the Sussex and England man reflected on a whirlwind few days in Pakistan, and his decision to play a match many overseas players turned down. “It was pretty surreal! Obviously from making the decision to go, we were well briefed and everything was well documented about how everything was going to run from the time we left on the plane from Dubai to the time we got back.” said Jordan. “As soon as we landed in Lahore, we were met by military guys, escorted straight onto a bus and had a 10-minute drive to the hotel with a full escort. The road was cordoned off and no-one was on the streets – it was a bit unreal!” ...
