Amir takes Rumman’s wicket and copies his celebration style

Mohammad Amir takes the final wicket of Rumman Raees and copies his celebration style as well. This is something which was not needed but then again it is cricket and there are emotions involved in it. Karachi Kings have won this second play offs and sent the defending champions Islamabad united back home.

Islamabad was never in the game and it is a shame. They were batting with a wet outfield and hence there should have managed this chase. The bowling from Karachi was excellent. It is never easy to bowl with a wet ball but they did this job with effectiveness.

Mohammad Amir could have avoided all this but then again this was a tight game. This was the first knock out of the PSL playoffs so the stakes were high. There were a lot of emptions involved in the game as well. So this was meant to happen because of the intensity of the game.

We saw how Sangakkara took that first catch. That clearly showed that Karachi Kings were pumped up and they wanted to win this one. Islamabad United did not make mistake in fact they made blunders in the batting. They had the perfect conditions to chase this low total. The Karachi Kings was bowling with a wet ball. There was dew present on the outfield. Hence this should have been Islamabad game but full marks to Karachi for their fight.

There you go the final wicket falls for the Islamabad Untied and they are out of the PSL. The defending champions are out here and this is a superb win for the Karachi Kings. This win came at the right time for them. They have defeated Islamabad in the last three games now.

Karachi Kings were defending a low total here and bowling with a wet ball and then winning the game is something which deserves a lot of credit. This win will surely boost their confidence a lot. Now they will be facing Peshawar Zalmi in eh third playoff.

When there are emotions involved then such acts happen. This was a pressure game for both sides. Karachi had the advantage with them as they had won two of the last pool matches against Islamabad. This was the third one between the two.

Islamabad should have won this one. They could have if they had used their mind. They were chasing a low total. They had the outfield covered with dew. The ball was wet and the bowlers were not been able to grip the ball properly. Now with all this any team could have chased this total.

Karachi Kings put up a real fight here. They deserved to be the winners. They put in every single effort to ensure they win this game. This was their motive when they walked out in the second innings. The catch from captain Sangakkara showed that there is a lot of intensity in the team at the moment and they want to take this game home.

Great catches by Wahab Riaz and Babar Azam against Australia

After Pakistan's woeful fielding in the fourth ODI I in Sydney, they wanted to start well in Adelaide. Alas, the first ball of the match, David Warner r edged an out swinger from Mohammad Amir and at second slip, Azhar Ali hurled out his left hand but couldn't make the ball stick. It was a tough chance, but a costly one. Warner went on to make 179, his career-best knock in ODIs. Warner was dropped again, though by this time he already had 130. And this time it was a sitter. Warner skied the ball off Hasan Ali and Amir, running in from long-on, positioned himself perfectly under the ball, only to have it spill straight through his fingers. It was less costly than Azhar's miss, although Warner still added almost 50 more runs from that point. Straight after Amir's blunder, the TV cameras cut to Pakistan coach Mickey Arthur and fielding mentor Steve Rixon. Heads were in hands, faces were long, and no words were being spoken. The fifth and final ODI of the series between Pa...
