Sohail Khan picks up Asad Shafiq

Asad Shafiq is out here and Quetta are in a bit of trouble here. They have lost their three main players in one over and now they will have to face some pressuring moments. Ahmad Shahzad, Kevin Pietersen and Now Asad all of them fell in this one over from Sohail Khan.
Asad was held in the deep by Mohammad Amir. It was a wonderful take from Amir. He had to run to his left and then jump in the air to reach to the ball. He kept his eyes on the ball till the last moment and was able to take it at the end. The reaction from Sohail was expected and it was there.

Those who are wondering why Sohail gave that intense reaction. He had a bit of scuffle with Asad a few balls back. Sohail hit a short ball to Asad and did surprise him. Sohail said a few words and Asad just gestured him to go back and bowl.

The fast bowler did not like the retaliation and as a result when he got the wicket of Asad he gave that intense reaction as well. Another close game and we have Quetta as the winner and they have now become the first team to qualify for the play offs. This was another tight game and both the teams played well. Karachi never had the runs with them else they could have taken the win here. Now they have to win their last two games and make sure they somehow qualify for the play offs.

Another twist in the tale here as Quetta has lost three important wickets in one over here. Ahmad Shahzad, Kevin Pietersen and Asad Shafiq all three of them have fallen in this over here. This is exciting cricket here as the game reaches the ending stage.

Asad Shafiq was caught in the deep by Mohammad Amir. This was a great catch from Amir. He had to jump in the air to catch this one. He kept his eyes on the ball and took this one with ease. Sohail Khan’s reaction was there as he took the wicket.

There was an intense reaction shown by Sohail Khan as he picked up the wicket of Asad. The reason was the scuffle the two had a few balls back. Sohail Khan surprised Asad with a short ball and then said a few words as well. Asad just waved his hand and asked him to go back.

Sohail did not like it and hence when he took the wicket of Asad we saw that reaction from the fast bowler. As for the game it was another good one. Karachi just did not have the runs else they could have taken this game. If they had more runs than they could have taken Quetta down because they had taken their main wickets. The ball was turning and the Karachi Spinners did a good job. Quetta today after winning this game became the first team to qualify for the play offs.

Great catches by Wahab Riaz and Babar Azam against Australia

After Pakistan's woeful fielding in the fourth ODI I in Sydney, they wanted to start well in Adelaide. Alas, the first ball of the match, David Warner r edged an out swinger from Mohammad Amir and at second slip, Azhar Ali hurled out his left hand but couldn't make the ball stick. It was a tough chance, but a costly one. Warner went on to make 179, his career-best knock in ODIs. Warner was dropped again, though by this time he already had 130. And this time it was a sitter. Warner skied the ball off Hasan Ali and Amir, running in from long-on, positioned himself perfectly under the ball, only to have it spill straight through his fingers. It was less costly than Azhar's miss, although Warner still added almost 50 more runs from that point. Straight after Amir's blunder, the TV cameras cut to Pakistan coach Mickey Arthur and fielding mentor Steve Rixon. Heads were in hands, faces were long, and no words were being spoken. The fifth and final ODI of the series between Pa...
