As per the latest developments, Sharjeel Khan and Khalid Latif both have admitted that they met bookies in Dubai hotel. But at the same time still there are investigations underway and more things will unfold. There are more players involved as per the latest updates.


There are investigations being conducted by the PCB and ICC anti-corruption body. There is a network residing in the city and they are after the players. At the moment there are other players who are under the radar. The names have not been disclosed yet.

We all know what this means. There was always a chance that some elements are after Pakistan super league. They don’t want this league to flourish and they had their plans to taint this league. It seems that their plans are now working out here. PSL became a brand last year. This league was a complete success but then there are news that the owners of the franchises did not get much profit in fact they were in a loss after the first edition. Even there are news that the franchise owners are also being investigated.

As per the latest development Sharjeel Khan and Khalid Latif both are back to Pakistan and here we see them waiting at the Karachi airport. PCB asked these two players to pack their bags and leave for Pakistan. Until the investigations are not completed these two players will not play cricket of any form.
Sharjeel’s father has talked to the media and he is not accepting that his son can do such a thing. But there are evidences against Sharjeel. As per a local media news channel Sharjeel was offered 2 million rupees for blocking two balls. Now all these details will come unfolding with the passage of time. There are investigations being made and once they are completed then the real picture would come out. There are many things which at the moment are kept secret. There are other players who are being monitored at the moment. Their names have not been disclosed.

Punjab gives green-signal: PSL final to be held in Lahore

LAHORE: The Government of Punjab has given green signal to Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for holding the final of Pakistan Super League in Lahore.
