Shahid Afridi has not received the official invitation for the PCB meeting yet. This meeting will be held to discuss the problems Pakistan cricket is facing and
the solutions of it. Imran Khan has also been invited to this meeting along with some other big names from the game.

Shahid Afridi in his recent media talk said that he is ready to participate in the meeting with all his knowledge of the game. But at the same time only if the PCB requires his advice. If not then there is no need for him to go and sit in it. Afridi also said like Imran Khan that cricket matters should be run by cricketers.
