PSL 2 Trophy to be unveiled today in Dubai



DUBAI: The trophy for Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2 to be unveiled today on Monday in Dubai



As reported, for the upcoming second season of PSL, preparations are in last phase and players have reached to United Arab Emirates (UAE) as well. 


The new trophy has been designed for the event which will be unveiled today at Dubai International Cricket Stadium.

According to reports, the ceremony will be attended by chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Najam Sethi. Along with this, the players of five teams have arrived in Dubai and will attend today’s ceremony as well. Moreover, Pakistan’s famous singers Ali Zafar and Shehzad Roy along with a Jamaican singer Shaggy will perform at the event.

After the ceremony, chairman PCB and Captains of these five teams are expected to hold a press conference.

Also, the matches for PSL 2 will start from Thursday; the opening match will be played between Islamabad United and Peshawar Zalmi, reportedly.

Additionally, teams Lahore Qalanders, Karachi Kings and Peshawar Zalmi will play under international captaincy.
