Misbah said that first of all there are things which the Pakistan fans to understand and that is to win all the time is something which is impossible. Even the best of the teams don’t win all the time. Pakistan fans need to change their thinking pattern towards cricket.
Misbah Ul Haq said that he has no issues with Sarfraz
or any other player getting the leadership of the Pakistan cricket team. But there is no certainty that Pakistan team will win all their games. There are problems which needs to be addressed.
Until these issues are not solved you cannot win games. Misbah pointed out that first Pakistan has to make regular tours to Australia, England and New Zealand. He said that Pakistan went to Australia after six years and expecting them to win in the series was something which was a bit not right.
Misbah said that most of the teams these days are only winning series at home. They are losing most of the games away from their soil. This is the problem which even the likes of India, Australia, New Zealand and England are facing.
Misbah Ul Haq today talked to the media after a long time and the Pakistan test skipper once again talked rationally. He is one of those people who when talk about cricket it makes sense. Misbah urges the Pakistani fans to drop their double standards relating their cricket.
He said that no team always win. You have to face defeats as well. Pakistan fans are happy when the team is winning and when the team loses they start criticizing the players. There are many things which the Pakistan cricket needs to do in order to become a strong team.
Misbah said that Pakistan team needs to travel almost every year to places like Australia. If not possible then at least some players should and play the domestic cricket in Australia. This will help them get the experience of the bounce in the Australian surfaces.
Misbah also said that it is not Pakistan winning home tours. Every team in the world is going through this patch. They are winning home series and losing outside. This is happening to Australia, England and even India which is the number one test side in the world at the moment. Misbah said that to make a new captain across all three formats is something the board has to decide. He has no issue with any player taking the leadership of the Pakistan side.

Great catches by Wahab Riaz and Babar Azam against Australia

After Pakistan's woeful fielding in the fourth ODI I in Sydney, they wanted to start well in Adelaide. Alas, the first ball of the match, David Warner r edged an out swinger from Mohammad Amir and at second slip, Azhar Ali hurled out his left hand but couldn't make the ball stick. It was a tough chance, but a costly one. Warner went on to make 179, his career-best knock in ODIs. Warner was dropped again, though by this time he already had 130. And this time it was a sitter. Warner skied the ball off Hasan Ali and Amir, running in from long-on, positioned himself perfectly under the ball, only to have it spill straight through his fingers. It was less costly than Azhar's miss, although Warner still added almost 50 more runs from that point. Straight after Amir's blunder, the TV cameras cut to Pakistan coach Mickey Arthur and fielding mentor Steve Rixon. Heads were in hands, faces were long, and no words were being spoken. The fifth and final ODI of the series between Pa...
