Kieron Pollard amazing catch against Islamabad United

Pollard was the man who took a ripper to get the important wicket of Smith in the game between Islamabad United and Karachi Kings last night. The West Indian had to run a lot to his right and then at the end it was a one handed blinder from him.
This was one of the best takes from PSL this season. Pollard is known to make such brilliant efforts at the boundary line. He has taken a lot of such catches in multiple leagues. This is probably his best catch in the PSL so far. The Karachi Kings took an important wicket down courtesy to this take.

This was a very crucial moment for both these sides. Smith has been in a great form with the bat. He is the leading run scorer in the tournament and he would have taken more runs. Even this hit was almost going for a six but Pollard who has a huge height took this one at the edge of the line.

Pollard judged this one perfectly. This was a really great take. The Islamabad side got a huge blow after Smith got out. His side wanted him to bat longer but the Pollard defied his chances. The Karachi Kings have started playing some excellent cricket. They are now performing as a unit from the previous two games. Last night we saw the Gayle storm hitting the Islamabad side. He hit a match winning knock of 44 runs.

The Karachi Kings all-rounder Kieron Pollard is known for his catching abilities at the boundary line. Last night he took a ripper again against Islamabad Untied. This was a sensational piece of fielding and catching from Pollard. This was almost a six which he defied.

Pollard took the catch against Islamabad opener Smith. The shot was hit in between the mid-wicket and long on. Pollard was stationed at long on and he had to run a good mile to his right and at the end it was a one handed effort from him that helped him catch the ball.

Smith was batting really well and Karachi Kings were very lucky that Pollard took him out before the start of the death overs. Smith would have hit runs for sure because of the batting form he is having. He is the leading runs getter in the tournament so far.

Pollard covered a good distance towards the right first and at the end he was so short of time that he had to go with one hand. Pollard got some huge hands and here with his right hand he plucked this catch and Smith had to depart.

Pollard liked his catch and the celebrations after it were worth watchable. This was another good game for the Karachi Kings. They have Gayle back in form with the bat and that will now put the opponents under pressure in the playoffs. The Karachi Kings have started to perform as a unit and this is good for them.

Great catches by Wahab Riaz and Babar Azam against Australia

After Pakistan's woeful fielding in the fourth ODI I in Sydney, they wanted to start well in Adelaide. Alas, the first ball of the match, David Warner r edged an out swinger from Mohammad Amir and at second slip, Azhar Ali hurled out his left hand but couldn't make the ball stick. It was a tough chance, but a costly one. Warner went on to make 179, his career-best knock in ODIs. Warner was dropped again, though by this time he already had 130. And this time it was a sitter. Warner skied the ball off Hasan Ali and Amir, running in from long-on, positioned himself perfectly under the ball, only to have it spill straight through his fingers. It was less costly than Azhar's miss, although Warner still added almost 50 more runs from that point. Straight after Amir's blunder, the TV cameras cut to Pakistan coach Mickey Arthur and fielding mentor Steve Rixon. Heads were in hands, faces were long, and no words were being spoken. The fifth and final ODI of the series between Pa...
