Inzamam answering question about salman butt selection

Inzamam Ul Haq has once again cleared Salman Butt and he has given hint that he is thinking about the former captain. As per Inzamam the selection of Salman Butt will depend on his performance in the first class season. He said that let Salman play it first.
Inzamam has repeatedly been asked about Butt’s selection. The Pakistani team selection committee head said in his recent press briefing that Salman Butt has to play a good first class season and after that there is no problem for Inzamam to select him.

Salman Butt has performed well in the recent domestic games but at the same time there is one thing that he has not played a full season. He needs to play that first. The selection committee always prefer players who have done well in a domestic season.

This is what Inzamam wants from Salman as well. He has said that there is no hindrance in Salman’s selection. The board has cleared him and ICC is also ok with him playing. All Salman needs is a good performance in a domestic season then he will be back in the Pakistan side. Pakistan at the moment needs a good decent opener. Butt can fill this gap. He has been a good performer with the bat. He should be given a chance.

Inzamam Ul Haq the Pakistani chief selector has been once again asked about the Salman Butt case. It seems that the media wants Salman back in the team. But the final decision will be made by Inzamam who as it seems has a very good idea on when to select the former captain.

Inzamam recently in his press conference was asked about Salman and Inzamam reply was pretty clear. He said that there is no problem in getting Salman back in the Pakistan team. But there are a few things which will be monitored about him first.

Inzamam was asked by a Journalist that there are too many talks on the selection of Salman Butt. As per some people there are some people who don’t want him back in the side. Despite ICC and PCB clearing out Salman’s name and allowing him to play he has not played much so far.

As per Inzamam there is no hidden issue or agenda towards the selection of Salman. He said that Salman was out of cricket for five years. Now as a batsman you need some good batting performances to gain the confidence back. Salman should make a good first class season first and then he will definitely be selected for the national side. Now it is up to Salman how he manages to get enough runs to cement his place in the side. He definitely deserves a chance.

Great catches by Wahab Riaz and Babar Azam against Australia

After Pakistan's woeful fielding in the fourth ODI I in Sydney, they wanted to start well in Adelaide. Alas, the first ball of the match, David Warner r edged an out swinger from Mohammad Amir and at second slip, Azhar Ali hurled out his left hand but couldn't make the ball stick. It was a tough chance, but a costly one. Warner went on to make 179, his career-best knock in ODIs. Warner was dropped again, though by this time he already had 130. And this time it was a sitter. Warner skied the ball off Hasan Ali and Amir, running in from long-on, positioned himself perfectly under the ball, only to have it spill straight through his fingers. It was less costly than Azhar's miss, although Warner still added almost 50 more runs from that point. Straight after Amir's blunder, the TV cameras cut to Pakistan coach Mickey Arthur and fielding mentor Steve Rixon. Heads were in hands, faces were long, and no words were being spoken. The fifth and final ODI of the series between Pa...
