Pakistan’s former World Cup winning captain and chairman of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf Imran Khan has told that Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has to get out the corrupt elements from their system, if the cricket board wants to end disappointing performances the national has been producing lately.
"If Chair (Chairman) PCB wants to do this, he must get rid of the recommendations & call in experts who understand the game," tweeted by the legendry all-rounder.
Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Shehryar Khan called for a round-table conference on Wednesday inviting former and current cricketers, including Imran Khan, for discussion on different issues related to Pakistan cricket Team.
Chairman PCB Shehryar M. Khan has decided to hold a round table conference of current and former Test players in Lahore on March 6 and 7, 2017 in order to seek their views on the improvement of Pakistan national and junior team’s performance, said a PCB press release.
As per the PCB, a five point agenda has been finalized for the proposed discussion by the PCB chief Shehryar khan i.e. improving team performance, domestic structure, improvement of pitches, coaching of national and junior teams, encouraging foreign teams to tour Pakistan.
The meeting will be co-chaired by Chief Selector Inzamam-ul-Haq and PCB Director Academies Mudassar Nazar. Whereas, Head coach National Cricket Academy (NCA) Mushtaq Ahmed will be the coordinator of the conference.
